Warning: the scholarship is strictly politics, you can score as high as 48/50 and perform well in the interview and still not get awarded 😂😂

The process was indeed smooth,the coordination was top notch and the Panel of Interviewers were well grounded particularly from the dreaded “Kano Hall”. I feared being interviewed in Kano hall,i guess i my fears caught up with me and it was worth a while. God bless NDDC and the entire Team

Why won't the process being smooth after diving your way there. Not even a single notification from those who don't have any one at NDDC. Is it how other foreign scholarships have been behaving. So many people who applied for NDDC could not get a notification if you have passed the process of being selected or not. I believe they just pay the person to lie to the world that she made her way without any help. Nonsense and incredient.

I am writing to congratulate the board on the passing of the NDDC budget( almost two trillion naira). The cost of the foreign scholarship is a minuscule of the total budget. Every year, applicants numbering over 10,000 apply for this scholarship and less that 200 always get it. Some local governments in Niger Delta cannot boast of a single person that has benefitted from this scheme. Restructure the scholarship scheme such that every local government gets at least one person every year. The idea of the local scholarship scheme could be dropped if it will get in the way of this noble goal. This sentiment is currently being expressed by a lot of people on social media ( read nairaland of today). One the Netizens asked what NDDC do with their budget. He would not have asked this if a man from his town or local government had ever benefited from this scheme. We need quality, representative human resources to tackle the problem of the region. Let's do this. Yes we can!

I think NDDC is so unprofessional. I think is the family business if not they will send notifications to every applicants who spends their hard money to buy data and upload their documents if they have succeeded or not. Very wicked people controlling NDDC.

This is why we don't move forward as a country. Upon the thousands of people that registered on the nddc platform/website, not even a common feedback response is given whether being successful or not thereby keeping applicants in the dark. We so much ignore the basic things that matters most in Nigeria. May God help us in this nation.

why are you both not speaking uniformly, first person said over 50k applied but 6k was shortlisted,why the second person said 52k applied 7 to 8k shortlisted,i applied with my originals still i wasn't shortlisted, being truthful is a key.

Thank you for bringing this to notice. Our role was to build the infrastructure, and handover to the University. We believe that matters of accommodation of that hostel are school administrative issues, and not ours to resolve. Great job! 👍

Tell the occupants there to show you proof of being medical students especially the ones in the ground floor and first floor of that hostel you will be shocked

Medical students are having a hard time come to their aid.
