I’ve had 6 different wrist surgeries over the last 4 yrs and, for the last one (March), I had to PAY the admissions lady to braid my hair like this after she checked me in! My husband and 2 sons were clueless and I couldn’t manage it but I knew from experience I needed to get my crazy-long hair under control since I’d be one-handed for the next 2 MONTHS!

God no this explanation is awfully difficult/complicated. You'll want to either twist the sections towards one another, or in the opposite of one another, inwards or outwards, after that, twist them all over each other and tie it off, that way the opposite twists can hold their tension and stay in place

I can’t even do a singular strand so this doesn’t help at all. I’ve been crying and raging all morning good job.
