Thin asphalt covering...so sad. In Maine they should all have granite cobblestone throughout! It is a Resource that once was coveted! Nasty Asphalt just kills the environment...now where will it be sent?

beach front property used to be a thing of envy, not any more. But really whats to worry, with radical unexpected weather patterns (remember there is no climate change this is all normal) I wouldn't take a house by the ocean for free. Sorry this has happened to you all.

They're on concrete stilts, the structures are fine and have already been backfilled.

Go out to sea a few. 100 yards an. Down there are large enough rocks to pull up to be used as. Back fill. To prevent beach erosion.

Oh my goodness! Please tell me how I can donate to these poor people. Tragic that their beachside homes will need some repairs. Thanks for paying the majority of my local taxes!

Living in a hazard zone is why they pay the majority of taxes. The cost of maintenance on the tax payer is substantial. Plus, they are insured for all the damage to their residence. If you want to donate your hard earned money you should donate to the people who’s insurance rate go up so the insurance companies recoup their losses, yet don’t live at the beach.

I like the luxuries that newer cars have like heated seats and electric windows but is a self opening tailgate really necessary. I mean as you can see it hurts the reliability of the truck, it doesn't really help to begin with, it increases the cost of the truck and the parts to fix it aren't universal or easy to get. It's just not a good feature

It's taking months for GM to send the buttons to my dealer, first just the small step part of my tailgate failed. The whole tailgate started opening on its own the other day by itself. A whole load of stuff from Costco on the highway because of it. Came out of work to go home and it started do what's in the video. I ordered my own parts even though it's under warranty. I have it disconnected for the moment. I hate all these electronics, wish they had just a regular truck again.

I watched his older videos with Tom Tom and from what I understand he rescued Tom Tom as a bigger kitty with some mental issues. Hopefully Tom Tom will get better soon.
