Just picked mine up last week and almost at 1k miles. I love this WAY more than my 2020 GLC63 AMG. The perfect driver’s car!

The reasons I bought this car is for 2 main reasons: 1) it was the perfect replacement for my aging 2008 TL Type S (which was totaled last year). So the 2013 interior design doesn’t feel that old to me. In fact, I would argue that modern interiors tend to be distracting and gimmicky (not that they’re bad at all). And 2) Because it’s an updated naturally aspirated Toyota/Yamaha engine design, it’s still a lot simpler and cheaper to maintain over time than these newer turbo powered engines. I don’t trade my car in every 3 or 4 years as you could probably tell from my previous car so this car makes more sense for me to buy than say a m340i or a C63 AMG.

If you were on PS4S tires, you’d rarely (if ever) break traction. They’re a total game changer! I’m personally thankful there are analog elements to the interior and to be honest, those criticisms are soooo played out! 🤣 Complain about the transmission, but the CD player? God get over it folks. 😎

The CD player could still exist in an interior that isn't 11 years old lol

the more money gets dumped into re-inventing how to use a computer to play music etc, the worse the end result is likely to be and the less clicky buttons will be used. it's a design philosophy, expectations and management problem. things are expected to be more different the more money you dump on them, not more accepted or 'better' in subjective terms. that it is different you cannot question the r&d team for why so much money went into it.

BOYS, will talk trash and say that the BMW M3 is faster, but like he says, this car is still Fast, there is more to a car than just performance times. 470 HP is more than fast enough to get you handcuffed, and this car will be much more reliable than you plain looking M3 is. This is how a sports car should look

never put a wrench or any metal tool on top or near the top of the battery. you have that huge metal wrench on the battery, if it gets bumpd and touches the positive terminal and any grounded metal at the same time it will weld itself to your car, or worst case it will explode. pleases be careful and don't teach people bad habits.
@BradenCarlsonAutosАй бұрын
Almost every time I do this in a video I make a comment about people like you coming into the comments lol. This isn't teaching anyone a bad habit. I understand that it's possible for it to get bumped and short the terminals, but you'd have to be really stupid for that to happen. I like to think I'm not. You want to point out some bad habits? Go watch the millions of videos where people work on cars from underneath on just a jack.

Tip for wet rollers and brushes - just get excess drip paint off then put in air tight plastic bag twisting the bag then around the handles = wet, steady to go in the morning without washing, throwing away and never ending cleaning. Keeps the roller / brushes wet and fresh.

I bought an old sema truck, this is no joke, mechanics look at it and ask who the hell built it. Horrible welds. Bad geometry. He said this truck is not meant to drive around it’s a show truck. It was built to trailer around. Now after one year . Still can’t get a tire shop to align. 18,000 dollars in and it’s still torn apart in my garage. Have to rebuild entire front end, from steering box down. Transmission transfer case tires. Fuck list goes on and on.
