that legendary Swallow Globe brand agar agar...love it! Why is the caramel so lightt?? can i cook it longer to make it more caramel??

Oh yah the classic agar agar brand 👍 Sometimes colors get washed out due to lighting/editing etc, you can certainly cook it longer for a stronger caramel flavor! Thanks for watching! 😊

Hello! Thanks for watching and commenting😊 The tofu does come out soft because it was braised in the sauce, but the coating soaks up the sauce, so it was delicious! If you like crispy tofu, I recommend pouring the sauce (+veggies) over the crispy tofu only when you plate. Let me know if it works!

Very similar to a recipe I've been making for a while. Would recommend trying some black bean & garlic sauce in the sauce mix. It adds a LOT of flavor.
