I really can’t imagine staying in a hotel themed after a cruise ship after just being on a cruise ship that sunk and watching the people around me die. That had to be at least a little traumatic for the survivors 😅

I like your videos overall but when it comes to this Kaiseki, I'm not really impressed with this establishment. But you've been to Japan, with the falling Yen, I wonder if someone could have gotten more bang for the buck if they were already there or planning to go there.

Love your videos. Missing Mommy Oh. She is comfortable on camera. I feel for your Mr since he is uncomfortable on camera. It shows. 😮 Wish you both the best.

Also, ive seen a few comments about this in her recent videos. Her husband is not an internet personality, he does not need to entertain us nor owe us anything when he appears in these videos. Please be kind everyone 😊

I know Mina is particular about her private life so when she releases videos with her husband I appreciate it much more. Thank you for including us in your married journey! and if in the future you ever need more privacy, please do not at all feel bad or anything like that. We respect the boundaries!

Hi Mina... I think it is wonderful you guys do everything together. But you've had many wonderful collabs over the years esp w Mommy Oh and heyitsfei. Even the random ones like the French girl and Chinese guy in Taiwan. Perhaps it's time to get more of those fun collabs back? Im only saying this as an intent for improvement... Chef Nori in his few minutes of exposure is more engaging on camera than all these episodes with your Mister in them. Maybe he can help more behind the camera? I find myself rewatching more old videos from this channel and sweetandtastytv than the current ones because of this. In any case.. wishing you the best in the evolution of the channel.
@MissMinaOh2 күн бұрын
Thank you for kindly expressing your thoughts! Most of the more entertaining collabs sprouted from travels, which dramatically decreased since 2020 (you know what happened). Also there's been a lot of personal life and inner life changes. It's been a journey trying to figure out how to make content on this channel, navigating through multiple layers of change. Thank you for watching and rewatching my content as I do my best to create more engaging videos ❤

Umm. Mina, you pushed the Ramune wrong. You're supposed to break out the pusher cap from the white top. Then you use the pusher over the cap pushing down with your palm. You're not supposed to keep the pusher in the white cap. 😅

I grew up in Kirkland and the sleepy little town of Redmond had grown up. Great vid, Mina. Hamachi is my fave sashimi, but all those look good.
@MissMinaOh2 күн бұрын
Redmond has really grown up so much within the past few years. I do love the sleepy part of it that still exists! There's a Half Price Books there 🤩 Perhaps you went to it as well!

@@MissMinaOh Of course! We used to go to Thenos Dairy and get non-homogenized milk (the cream would rise to the top) and to Prairie Market, where you had to use a grease pen to put the prices on the (mostly) canned food yourself. Now Redmond has Town Square and Microsoft. We used to go four-wheeling where MS is now, in an area called 100 acres, where a mall to compete with Bel Square was planned. Kemper Freeman of Bel Square got the project killed and later that bare land would be bought up by MS. Strange times. Keep creating! I love your vids and your art!

If I had to choose only one favorite dish (which is a difficult thing to do because everything was so good), I'd have to say the Unagi Eel & Taro Root with Dashi Glaze Sauce! Also the Iron Pot Seasoned Rice with King Salmon. And of course, the Fried Mochi Hot Pot! Like I said, it's hard to choose one favorite dish lol. Btw I got hungry so many times while editing this video 😂 ► VIDEO DESCRIPTION: It’s date night! We enjoy a traditional Japanese 9-course meal, which turns out to be a feast. Our mouths experienced a culinary odyssey filled with all sorts of exciting flavors and textures 😍 We feel blessed to have this new Kaiseki restaurant in Greater Seattle. Thanks to Chef Nori for his creativity and warm smiles!
