There's a trail going upward so It's not that bad. Some ppl think one has to climb up the rock face. 😅. Many ppl have done it including lots of locals. I can't count how many times I climbed it from time I was a kid, teenager and older. Maybe 10 plus times. Even took my dog, golden retriever. He dug his claws in at times. A real trooper. My mum must have climbed it 4 times. We did it together each time. And the last time she climbed up, she was no Spring chicken and was determined to do it once more. She was active person who went on long walks all the time. We took friends and relatives visiting us, up there as well. They loved it. Couple of times we ran into ppl on their way down so it's not as remote as it looks at times. It is a majestic site to behold from below and the views up there!! With lake almost a square. Don't know the name. Way back when there were blueberries up there. Me and my mom picked. So did others. One time just recently, we brought food for a picnic with my sis in law whom I thought wouldn't complete the climb but she loved it. We made a spot up there to view the magnificent panoramic scenery for miles and miles while we ate and took our time taking it all in and my doggy went exploring. . One has to use vigilance with their footing and look down often where they are walking, and take the time. Ppl with health problems ie heart and cardiovascular issues, hypertension, I wouldn't recommend it. Or in any person, young or old who is not physically fit and doesn't go for walks or stay active and healthy. The first junction you came too you should have taken the path to the right Maybe you realized it when you were faced with rocks to climb up. This way you went is another way up. Steep with ropes. Not for me. Bravo to you. This is the first time I'm actually seeing this way up. Maybe rock climbers like this or ppl who love challenges. I love to live lol😅
