A wraith did the same to me. But he would hit other survivors who got too close. Hitting others didn't make me lose collision so I couldn't get out.

I love seeing Pyramid Head being merciless and cruel to survivors, even more so when they deserve it! Heck, I counted and I think there were 3 with a flashlight and apart from Claudette with a first aid kit, she must have cured them all. This ending was very well deserved, a shame that Nea managed to escape, but you still did justice. You are amazing playing with Pyramid ❤

Its a bug. I just played myers and the same thing happened to a survivor i versed, he had the exposed icon while in was in tier 2.
