(I shared the video with my daughter who will be a first time mom & wondering if she can continue her art work schedule.) I’m finding now that I’m aging, I don’t have the same energy for getting my business off the ground and I’m sure others are dealing with health issues and can also relate to your new reality. I have done WW many times ans kept gaining it back This time i had to restart for my health. So far i have lost 56 lbs and still going. I have don't few test and blood test 3 days after missed period but all were negative. I already have two kids and both of my last 2 pregnancies it didn't show 2 months on even blood test didn't pick it. With my last daughter I was very unwell and had to get an altrasound done. The altrasound confirmed pregnancy. I tried to explain that to GP but they said to do another blood test after 10 days of missed period

Great tips! Very motivating. I lost 60 lbs and maintained for about 3 years then stopped tracking and thought I had “arrived”. I am getting back on now. I now realize I am someone who can never be “off”. I am too addicted to food. Thought I can handle eating chips or drinking pop now but I couldn’t. Going forward I am going to maintain by just having one cheat day. That always worked! Hardest thing are gatherings where people say oh ur skinny now u can eat! It won’t hurt u, but that is the wrong mindset. One thing turns into several days and then I packed the pounds back on! Now have 30 to lose

I too, have a learning disability misspelling words And misspelling peoples Names, I do security, I use Google on the Computer for spelling, or use a small notepad and have the person print their name on the notepad, we use teams at work so it helps to look up a persons first and last name, I like to think outside the box, and usually spot things that normal people do not notice at times, On some occasions ID, I work at a distribution center

I’ve heard that for food items the markup from wholesale is lower than 50%. Do you know if this is true? How much of a markup from wholesale do you think would be appropriate for a packaged confectionary?

Would it be unprofessional to just use a custom coupon code for your wholesale buyers? That way they can just order straight from the website?

Bummers I deal with regularly is religious people always wanting to pray for me. I will take prayer absolutely I don’t mind but a lot of the time the reason they want to pray for me is coming from a negative reaction toward me because I sell crystals and metaphysical products. I also deal with theft quite often. Most people are very trustworthy and just want to shop but there are always sneaky people with bad intentions in every crowd. Another big negative is the weather and how that can impact sales. Not just rain but heat etc. can cause people to leave or just not show up. It can also have a bad impact on the vendors physically. I feel like ever since I started vending my body has been in chronic pain.

My neighbour was selling a totally different product to me and was a natural saleswoman and very chatty and popular. I'm an introvert and although I did make sales and connections I felt a bit left out in some ways due to a few social dynamics that were going on. I've been wondering how to handle it as an introvert.

I've got a negative result today, it's a Sunday, 13dpo, it's 29th day of my cycle, I am so warm today, the back pain ks killing me, the cramps on lower left side of my abdomen, my app says I'll get periods tomorrow.
