exemplary review in the most literal definition. this is the most desirable format. not too lengthy nor too short. not as good as burrfection but keep making videos and you'll get there eventually, champ <3

I watch a lot of reviews and this stands out. Enjoyable watch and Timo excelling at his craft. Age shouldn’t come into it but it’s exciting to see what the future brings for him. Phenominal knife.

Beautiful knife, I enjoyed the PNOCHIO format for review. When you were talking about the edge and it struggling to “grip”, what does this indicate, why or why not would this be a concern?

Great question. “Grip” refers to the amount of bite you get out of the edge. Lack of bite can come from either a highly polished edge (which is optimized toward cutting soft proteins) or from a dull edge. In this case, I think it’s a bit of both. It’s pretty easy to mess up the edge innocently so it wouldn’t surprise me if I accidentally dulled it before starting the recording.

Both knives are beater knives. Ideal for people on a budget who only cook occasionally and of course for restaurants who can't trust their staff to treat knives with the utmost respect. Both don't stay sharp particularly long and the huge plastic handles are not the most comfortable.

You do not need to do horizontal slices when slicing a onion. Only the vertical slice is needed. The whole horizontal is a wasted step.
