I probably would’ve removed the skirting board and tiled to the floor , thought that was a standard practice?

How did he remove the grout from the existing tile? What safety equipment was he wearing? What tools did he use to chip out the tile from the centre? What was the scraper used for? Why was a brush used? Why did he recommend having some spare tiles? If the tile is sunk below, what does he recommend? When do you use the grout shaper? How did he buff the surface after it was dried? i need this answers.. this vedio is in my case study

Excellent video. I feel like schools need to come to KZfaq for their learning material because this sort of stuff is stuff kids should be learning. Also, is the narrator Ed Speleers?! Sound exactly like Ed Speleers...

No need to put water in the bathtub, just stand in it when applying the sealant.

tip - start at the centre, finish at the ends (partial tile).

No concrete? I want a 6x8 shed in the garden to escape the women in the house, surely the addition of concrete and some hardcore for drainage underneath will be better than just 4 pegs?

Perfect! Putting down peel and stick tiles cause I’m not handy enough to do anything more complicated. And definitely NOT removing toilet for this! Fixing DIY plumbing mistakes is expensive.

Looks a bit small to me. I’m not sure you could have a proper log fire in that constricted inner space. What is wrong with the English? Everything is a size or two too small. I even still see new houses with single garages that you can’t comfortably drive into and if you can you can’t get out.

I wouldn't tile around the toilet, if you need to replace it for whatever reason you'll never find a toilet with a matching footprint.

The author does like to from scratch, kzfaq.infoUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO shaping and trimming wood from large blocks into fine finished products. As another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us don’t have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we won’t be able to practise the full stack project, is still great.

Does anybody know how you can tell if the joists/ceiling is strong enough to support the boards/weight of the storage (nothing too heavy just x mas decs etc)
@kaineturner73693 ай бұрын
Hi if you haven’t heard a response, yes the ceiling joists with boards on (cross layed) could easily support Christmas decs

You didn't back butter the tiles, now they're not going to bond to the wall. And you're checking the level of the wall with a tiny 2 foot level. Leave the teaching to the professionals, you are clearly an idiot.
