"Focusing on your problems magnetically attracts more of them." Isn't it amazing how that works?! They say, "You reap what you sow." I say, "You sow what you reap." So, if you focus on (or sow) your problems, you're going to attract (or reap) more problems. And so, the question we have to ask ourselves is "What are we focusing on?" 🌎 And I personally struggle with this, too. I beat myself over the head when I make mistakes, and when I see or hear something that reminds me of that mistake, I ruminate on those feelings all over again. So this hits me personally. "What am I focusing on?" It's just like you said: You don't ignore it, you channel/focus it, and move on. Honestly, I have a hard time focusing/channeling things, and I hardly ever ignore them. Often, they keep coming back. 💝 But you've given me something here: I need a new operating system. I do not need to take the difficult path in life. I need to love myself and trust myself. I love this! #CreateFromFlowNotForce 💜 (P.S.: You are a beautiful human, too! 🤗)

I am feeling so many things clicking into place and I know personally what a transformative feeling that is. Cheers! Infusing it into your life and pondering, and integrating. It’s so good. An exciting step, which I’m feeling for you coming soon, it’ll come when it’s the best time for YOU, there’s no rush, but I feel excited for you, is seeing mistakes disappear (more and more rapidly) from your experience because everything is interesting feedback and leads to growth. You step back more into being and watch instead of quick reacting. It’s all part of it, special to YOU!🤍 May you enjoy directing that focus, as you slip right into an amazing weekend! This, I feel, builds on what you talked about yesterday, @thesurrenderedpath8450. "Changing the way we feel changes the way we think, which, in turn, changes the way we feel." What we believe about ourselves (whether positive or negative) changes our life. 🌎 If it's negative, it changes our life for the worst. If it's positive, it changes our life for the better. It's our choice. ❤ Will we better ourselves? It all depends on how we feel about ourselves! It's the "Perception" aspect of Psychology! So true authenticity and pursuing your true values is worth it and overall if you do what you want and not what your expected to want that is in itself a way more rewarding way to live. And it is possible some people make the choice to not change and everything will stay the way it is now and they can distract themselves from how dissatisfied they are but you’ll still be dissatisfied you’ll just try your best to not pay attention to it but feelings are like children they get away to get your attention. Each time the goal is shrinking this unconscious auto pilot period. The more you continuously awake to the present moment, the more you are practicing your skills, strengthening your focus and coming alive. That’s the goal, it is absolutely possible, and blissful, and your individual journey there will bring so much laughter and joy and ah-ha, moments. This is a really fun part. Would you suggest avoiding materialism to successfully get to flow state?
@thesurrenderedpath8450
@thesurrenderedpath8450 2 ай бұрын
Hey Nick! Good question… for me the easiest ticket in, is focusing on what feels exciting to me, I find flow when I find joy…. Find what feels exciting and fun… where time passes and you go woah, I had no idea it’s been however long. What you would waste time doing… Kids do this SO easy😆… we usually have to get creative and pay attention at first finding our way there, what did you like as a kid if it was Saturday morning, look around and explore. You can close your eyes and set an intention, “I’m listening, show me what I love, remind me what things bring me joy.” And then pay attention to little clues that come up. Last night I was looking for an idea and closed my eyes and asked to be shown… later I saw a “random” ad for the perfect solution! 😁 play with it and keep searching for what FEEELS exciting and see if when you do it you notice you were effortlessly in flow. 😊🙌🏼
@thesurrenderedpath8450
@thesurrenderedpath8450 2 ай бұрын
I would also suggest imagining you are in flow, and what it feels like, and smile. See it as done. Feel it. Smiling releases actual chemicals changing the brain. Finding a reason to laugh and smile, especially when we don’t feel like it, helps us get there too in combination with the other things. 😊

Good morning. Incredible question. I feel like this is so common, I know I went through a period where I had lost touch with what made me happy. Does it feel like depression or sadness clouding things, or more like just indifference? A fun exercise, you can tell me if it’s appropriate is there’s a few people who have created things like this but a 100 goals club I think it’s called where there’s categories all through life and you can read through examples and ignite excitement inside of you of things that you would love to experience in all aspects of life. It was a helpful way for me to get a pen and paper and have some fun daydreaming and seeing right now what interests me. Ive redone it a few times to add or upgrade things. And when we have these knowing’s and lists… we can much more easily reach for or plug in experiences when we get opportunities. We have thought about it and know and it helps make them happen. When we know what we want we can also connect with likeminded people and reach for things together also. Another excellent complete full circle life upgrade… you are going to laugh bc it’s what I keep feeling come up when we talk is Joe Dispenza. 😎🙌🏼

hey! do you offer coaching services?
@thesurrenderedpath8450
@thesurrenderedpath8450 2 ай бұрын
Hey! Yes, I do currently offer private coaching. I love intuitively finding my way to people, I do it often, and I’m happy you found yourself here, that brought me a smile. I’ll give you a well rounded answer, and for anyone else who finds themselves wondering. I don’t offer packages or programs because they feel limiting, as I have found each persons needs are as unique as they are. I like to work ‘one on one’ fully focused on you, and to tailor our time together intuitively, specifically to you. I know how to find good paths, and I like to think that I help point you back to your knowing also, to feeling your way there, back to yourself, I love to help people uncover the life they are meant to live. I like to really get a good coaching session in and meet with each person for around 2-2.5 hours, for a deep review of your current life manifestation, if we were to take your present reality as a snapshot and find the limits and blocks between now and what you desire to experience. I ask that each person prepares for our visit by getting a cup of tea, or favorite beverage and getting cozy and filling out a detailed set of questions that helps us to deep dive right away when we have our call, to get to know you and to understand how I can support you, and what you are calling in, what you need to impact the creation of your great life. The initial coaching call is $500, which is sometimes all we need, that clean mirror to go deep quickly and you finish usually with homework and concepts to further integrate. Life is always unfolding and we are always growing and integrating. So it depends on where you are on your journey and if you just need perspective tweaks and refinement, or are really impacted with stuck emotions. I do offer checkins and tune ups for after you have finished the prior work and are ready for the next layer. I am available for refocusing and visiting anytime that it serves you and you reach out, it’s $200 for any subsequent sessions which is however long you need, sometimes it’s 30 minutes and people are ready to run with the new perspective shift, sometimes it’s 2 hours and we cover a lot of topics getting all boats to ride with the tide. Most people I coach tend to prefer to do lots of work on their own integrating and we meet once a month to checkin and intuitively find the next layer. It all just depends, and that’s why I leave it open to tailor to your needs with a sliding scale of time for the sessions so we aren’t rushed, and charge by the session so that I can really show up and be the highest version of me which is what you deserve for the biggest impact. To uncover the highest version of you. 😊

@@Sydneyfc77 oh, absolutely! More stillness, more peaceful vibrations, less interactions for now… while you strengthen your center and find your joy and then… finding that space and peace in nature, you can bring it into the world with people. Strengthen your superpower ability to breathe deeply and smile instead of following the same anger triggers. Space is a blessing. Meditating in nature would be next level for you! Find a guided meditation you like… maybe the life improving Joe Dispenza?

@@thesurrenderedpath8450 ok I agree except my triggers are everywhere even meditation because if it’s not working after a few times I’ll not do it how do I not be so impatient?

When my kids were little and we were driving from France to Germany and on through to Spain, we were on the look out for playgrounds. “There’s one!” We’d park, jump out and play for a half hour or an hour. “Just enjoy the swings & slides & trees.” Happy kids happy life 😊
