Thank's for your video. Ok, I afforded a TTS-55 from TwoTree. I think my definition ressemble yours. I struggle to see because you don't show a 0.25 mm track. But it seams that problem start around this size with your letters. Some chips need 0.25 to start from them for example the LT8705 power supply. With classic methods: i mean transparency laser printer and UVs etching, i can reach these sizes but there are other problems due to printers: 1/Linearity problems 2/Scaling problems. What paint do you use? Thank's. Jean-Yves.

Yeah 5k£ equipment plus costly light sensitive pcb... not really something practical for hobbyists.. I've ended up with the same results using 75£ equipment..

For those whos wondering... to get that extreme accuracy, it's not just the laser that does the printing, the heavy base is almost 1.5 inches thick, there's a reason why this talented person use's such base, the heavy base provides more accuracy for the laser while it moves, same goes for the heavy beams and columns. This is no way an easy task of your typical "DIY" laser PCB engraver a lot of legitimate mechanical engineering has been gone through to make such machine same goes for making the laser and electronic hardware. Jeez... this level of fine detail and accuracy is straight up porn, gives me an instant boner.
