I think it’s so many drops of one solution to another solution. So how did you mix it? And IM so so glad you are feeling back in the groove!

Hi sir. I am 22 years old and unfortunately or not I am very sexually active. I can't seem to stop pursuing women for sex, nor quit going to the rub spots, and I masturbate once a day at the minimum. I have had days where I am ejaculating all day. I tried semen retention, but after the first day I was violent with my family. After the second day I started objectifying women. On the third day I began having thoughts of homosexuality. I relapsed and I feel helpless. Sometimes it hurts to have sex or to masturbate, and I feel helpless because the desire to ejaculate is stronger than the pain of the act. As a child I unknowingly engaged in homosexualism for a couple years, and then I was publicly shamed by people who were close friends who caught us in the act. I truly did not know or think about what I was doing and it happened so quickly that I just accepted that sex had been my life and tried my best to not kill myself. I think I may have been affected by that even though I am unable to identify where I am affected by it. I have been to therapy and the therapists say it affected me, but I grew up in a poor house and I remember not having food hurt more than sex. They say I have issues but they can't pinpoint my problem. This is a lot of information and I apologize if it's TMI. My question is this : is there a variety of people who need constant sex to survive? Or is my problem mental, meaning I should just shut up and get a chastity belt or something?
