The chassis are Gokart race chassis. We didn’t make them. You can buy them new or find them used on marketplace, which is what we did. They can be hard to find locally.

GritShift sells a Headset Conversion to run KTM 85cc forks. But on our bikes we run StealthMoto Forks. Which uses the OEM Surron Headset. All the Ebikes in this category use a MTB Style Headset Bearing. If you wanted to run a larger fork you would want to get a larger e-bike than a Surron.

We are running 15kw and no problems with the belt. You just can’t land on the throttle.

this guys laugh is absolute gold . reminds me of my best friend in high school who was from Long Beach and moved to Arizona. he was the most fun dude I have ever known but also a liiiiitle bit nuts haha he moved back to cali our senior year I always wonder what he is up to these days! probably something way more cool than what I am up to! assuming he is still alive! he loved adrenaline and taking risks but man I cant imagine what my high school years would have been like without a buddie like that.

way too fast for mini bike as far as I am concerned! I put a 224 in my Coleman and it is as fast as I would ever want it to be without any upgrades aside from the little bigger motor.no suspension makes it super hard to control at high speeds if you hit even a slight bump

Around 75mph. Depends on the gearing. We’re actually building new karts right now with a really tall gearing that could potential go faster then 100mph.

Check out my video “building another kart” from a couple uploads ago, I made a video showing the entire build. Had to make a custom bracket because I couldn’t find the same one that was used in this kart. Pretty simple to build. I welded mine up but you could make one without welding with bracket from Home Depot.

You need to lockout the spring that goes from the Flywheel/Clutch to the throttle. I show it in the video half way though.
