That is the Field Notes stamp set by Stampers Anonymous (CMS396). I got it from Amazon because the price with shipping was the lowest for me. You can find Stampers Anonymous stamps on Simon Says Stamps, though.

Great question. Usually I put photo paper in a tray, lay lace over top and either spritz a coffe/water solution on top, or pour left-over coffee on top. From there I add more paper, then lace, and add coffee. I just keep going until I've added up all my lace that is set aside for this purpose.
