You guys made the correct move not going with their 40” cutout. I purchased a rack for my 3rd Gen and the Baja designs s8 40” light bar didn’t fit on the rack, the brackets are too narrow and the 40” s8 is too wide. I reached out to victory 4x4 and no word back in over a week now.

I served 2 one year tours in the US Army in the DMZ. Where at anytime we knew our life was at risk. Now it is a amusement park.

Love this place. Attended the funeral of a childhood friend and stay for a few weeks to hike, paddle the river and enjoyed the stars filling the night sky. Great place and people but nothing like our cabin in the northern forest of northern Wisconsin….

Yeah as long as you were safe when you pulled over and made a campsite it's all good.

I'm in north Texas DFW area...looking to plan a trip to BB for some milky photography near El Capitan and BB area. Just wondering about the safety aspect considering what's going on at the southern border. Sucks that this needs to be factored into the equation, but it is what it is nowadays. If the 4Runner is 4WD, the factory clearance should be okay. I have a 90's model 4WD Suburban that I use for outings. If the weather gets to be too much, I can ditch the tent and have plenty of room in the Suburban, even with a large camping fridge.

Been here…….. So, so saddened. As a former UK serviceman, found it difficult to comprehend the absolute horror of this place, from the remnants of the ovens to the firing (squad pit) . Truly shocking…. My sincerest thanks to the German people who were so helpful and kind, throughout my visit. Danke.

Sachsenhausen was used well beyond the end of #WWII to lock up German civilians whom the Soviets suspected of being political enemies. Most of them were never convicted. Thousands of these German civilians died of hunger and disease, even infants.

Not to be that person, but its GUY lines (or ropes) not guide. As with many terms and everyday phrases, its an old nautical term... From the Dutch word Gei, which was the rope that attached the sail to the mast! The more you know.
