Hi do you think its good bag for a 1 year world trip ? Thanks

Would you buy this or spend some more on Hilleberg Rogen or less on MSR Hubba Hubba?
@HendrikMorkel11 күн бұрын
@@Parakitedude People buy the best tent for their budget. If your budget allows you to get a Space Seamless 2-3P then that’s great. It’s a fantastic tent (just used it in the Turku Archipelago) and Vaude is one of the best Brands when it comes to sustainability - Hilleberg and MSR can learn something from them there.

If you're using it alone, would you still go with the Hapi or stick with the Khufu? For 2 people the Hapi makes a lot of sense. I'm debating if the Hapi would be nicer of a setup to use an entire side as a vestibule instead of front of tent

Thanks for this video. I’m currently a Canon user looking to purchase a Sony, so watching your video helps me learn & understand the Sony’s capabilities. I’m also an astrophotographer, just experienced & photographed the 2024 total eclipse in the US, and now I’m in the market for more resolution. Will be in Norway soon to visit friends in Tromsø, I’d like to have my Sony gear dialed in prior to my visit. “A bad day outdoors is better than a good day in the office.”

how did you get the video micro to sound so good??? I storm chase but even in the slightest breeze the thing sounds like im in gale force winds.
@HendrikMorkel3 ай бұрын
I didn’t do anything special 🤣 Maybe you have a faulty unit?!
@TylerSmith_WX3 ай бұрын
@@HendrikMorkel might be the camera? I can’t change audio levels manually through the camera when it’s connected (I have a Sony a6400) And unless I have bad luck I don’t think it’s a faulty mic because it didn’t change when I bought the undated version of the video micro. Reason being was because I thought it was because of the mount.

I don’t think so. You could also go to a store and try both sizes on, or order both and return the one you don’t want 😊

Another good video Hendrik, thanks. I still prefer my Tarptent MOMENT DW to the ENAN design. The latest version is stronger and great in high winds. It's excellent ventilation keeps it fairly free on condensation.

Hi. We will trek through Reisa National Park. Is it realistic to cross the river to the Mollisfossen waterfall? The tourist trail leads along the opposite side of the river. Or we have to be lucky enough to find someone who will transport us. Thank you for your response
@HendrikMorkel4 ай бұрын
Hei there! When we were there in autumn the water of the river was very low and fording the river should be no problem if you know how to do it safely. If you see a boat you always can ask if they can give you a ride!

Hugely informative. For running (around 5:15 min/km) in 2-10C with or without a wind over a base layer would you be too hot? Or would a ultra light wind shirt be better? I’m torn between the two? Keep up the great work!
@HendrikMorkel4 ай бұрын
Thanks! At that speed I might be too hot already, and a windshirt over a baselayer would work probably better for me. You might want to try a Vest, though?!

So what size North Face Jacket should I get if I’m a 6” weight 187 waist size 33-34. Basically I’m tall with long arms
@Helios.Studio5 ай бұрын
To be honest none of them sound good. Pro+ is the best in reducing crackling noise, but either way there's a lot of wind-blowing bass noise. RODE should desing more windproof deadcats, Sennheiser is already doing that. Anyway, anything is better than built-in mic. VideoMicro sounds suprisingly well compared to more expensive mics, but that clipping and crackling noise are absolutely unacceptable.
