I liked sister your recipe for Jowar or Millet biscuits. It’s simple and without adding soda or fruit salt. All you need is Jowar flour, butter and Jaggery powder.

You can make amaranth a part of your balanced diet but eating it daily might expose you to certain nutritional deficiencies. Better to include it in your wholesome diet and dont depend on it one

Well, flax has only ALA and the body can't easily convert ALA into other forms of omega3. You need to supplement it with another source for complete omega 3s

Urad dal is heavy on the digesive system but a really good source of of nutrition so it's usually fermented in the Southern part of India and made into Idly, Dosai, etc. Even if we were to consume it without any fermenting like Dal Makhani, etc. Pressure cooking wreaks havoc on our health. A slow poison.

You can soak one full packet, dehydrate it and store in fridge. That's how I do it.
