Well, flax has only ALA and the body can't easily convert ALA into other forms of omega3. You need to supplement it with another source for complete omega 3s

Urad dal is heavy on the digesive system but a really good source of of nutrition so it's usually fermented in the Southern part of India and made into Idly, Dosai, etc. Even if we were to consume it without any fermenting like Dal Makhani, etc. Pressure cooking wreaks havoc on our health.
