unless the monster is bibi, then the hero has to do what the bibi wants.

Jordan LOVES to preach his personal religion ... as though it 'stems' direct from "GOD." If devotees converted to a religion foreign to your religion … you wouldn’t believe that they would deserve “God’s Grace” … would you? And … the ONLY reason that you wouldn’t believe that they deserved “God’s Grace” … is because you wouldn’t believe that they deserved YOUR grace. That nasty practice … made famous by those in all religions … is known as “SHUNNING.” As humans … we are the MOST selfish of all animals … in thought AND in DEED … and religion simply enhances the divisiveness ... the ... "GOD knowns that I'm better than you" ... haughty attitude. There isn't anything humble about religion ... as it leads all LEADERS and followers down a path of unmitigated egoism.

This video really made me think in a way I have never thought before. In order to become successful and achieve what you want, it's essential you look for it from within rather than externally. Which is where the monster part comes in because at times it necessary to be a "villain" in someone else story in order to achieve whatever it is you want to achieve. The moment you are able to understand that and stop to constantly look for validations from others, then you can become strong and a ''hero' as he says. If anyone interpreted this differently I would love to hear your thoughts on it.

I would conjecture that it's impossible to discover our light without embracing our darkness, or to find our saint without embracing our demon. I think of this like the Chinese Yin and Yang. As an Animator, I can see that this is a thing that spins around and moves and can only really exist in motion. If it stopped spinning, it would all turn to gray. This is the light giving life to our darkness and the darkness giving life to our light. They have to exist and move together or they become inert and meaningless. Once you experience this, you become mightier than you ever imagined possible. He is the Light we follow in our darkness and He is the Light that gives power and disciplines to our monster. Jesus came to bring Peace but He also came to make War. If you don't believe Jesus is a God of Vengeance, you don't know Him very well...yet.

And you would be wrong. Acknowledge it yes. Embrace it? Not hardly. You know that sometimes people have something inside that is very dangerous to others and it's in good effort to keep it inside and not let it out.

Here is the ever-present example of misinterpretation. When I speak of embracing the darkness, what I mean is that we have to accept the truth and totality of the wrongs we have both personally committed and begin to understand the wrongs that we were born into. We are all essentially born into some sort of darkness; no family is perfect and even if it were, this world is full of darkness. It's exactly what Jordan talks about; we can't truly have rights without accepting responsibility. In Gospel terms, we can't have true agency without repentance and accepting the truth of our darkness and allowing God to take it away and replace our darkness with His light. I would guess that our world is filled with people who are making valiant efforts to contain their demons and that is a big part of what it means to embrace your demon/s > to not just let them do whatever the Hell they want. Letting your demons run wild is where we see the guys shooting up schools and blowing up the world. Embrace your Demons = Acknowledge to yourself that there is darkness inside > Seek help and guidance from safe and trusted friends and professionals if you can afford that > Most Importantly...take your darkness to God, the Only One who can really turn it all around for you. I hope that clarifies things.

Culture is an authoritative, well dressed, consensus of which neurotic behaviors are acceptable.(Religion). Culture is the effort to hold back the mystery, and sell you a mythology. Culture is not your friend. Culture is for other people’s convenience and the convenience of various institutions, churches, companies, tax collection schemes, what have you. It is not your friend. Religious doctrine, is a loaded gun pointed at the head of this planet. The jews and Muslims are always killing each other. What they need is some Jesus. J P 😂 The cost of sanity , requires a certain level of alienation,
