You guys, I'm not very happy about someone turning an animal's fearful reactions into content either, but the small cats will *eventually* have to meet the family dog either way. We got a grown cat not so long ago and she just started going outside. She's about a year-ish old and yet acted exactly this way whenever coming face to face with the dogs that live outside. And it makes *SENSE* because she hasn't been exposed to other animals much.

The funny thing is I’ve seen kitten who literally fought things bigger than them , they were scared , but the fact that they didn’t grab onto the dog and refused to let him go. Let me know that they were afraid, but also wanted to see what the dog was going to do.
