Supporter's like Gill are the DNA of our club. Fantastic to hear her story. Part of the Charlton family. If we are going to do anything it has to be together. From the supporters, everyone working at the club, backroom staff, management team, players at every level of the group and our owners. Looking forward to next season. #StrongerTogether

Tough long hard season ahead. 😂😂 I've seen these rebuilds so often. The style of football constitutes to lack of goals. Need more experience too.

Unbeaten run was hiding a lot of issues that are a concern for next season. It obscures that we can’t beat League 1 teams. We’ve won something like 4 of our last 30 league 1 games. What is Jones’ problem with May? Why is our midfield unable to create a thing? Why can’t the defence keep clean sheets no matter who we play at the back? When will we find a consistently good keeper? Most concerning for me is the style of play that Jones has introduced. It’s really ugly. It reminds me of the worst days of Adkins. There’s nothing going through midfield and lots of bad balls over the top of our strikers. I’m far from convinced by what I’ve seen of Jones’ teams and how he sets them up. He seems to like playing three midfielders with no ball playing ability. He continues to describe Dobson as a great player on the ball. He’s a great defensive player but to use him as our ball playing advanced midfielder is weirdly deluded, like when Chelsea started playing Kante as their number 8. It’s actually just bad management. I’m concerned Jones is going to bring in more of his own dross, we’re going to continue to fail to win games at the start of next season and it will dawn on everyone that Jones isn’t the messiah. I can see us back in this position next year. He certainly deserves a chance but I’d caution fans that the signs right now are nowhere near as positive as the talk of unbeaten runs might make it look. We have arguably the best strikers in the division but without service they’re wasted. Without a well drilled and improved defence we’re going nowhere. It’s not just personnel that needs to change but the entire structure of the team. It’s an enormous job and I’m not convinced I’ve seen signs from Jones yet, that he’s the man to do it.

I don't necessarily disagree with what you say, but we were clearly heading for League 2 before Jones arrived. He has done well to take us to safety, although we drew far too many games under his tenure. The Board now needs to support him and spend some money. The minimum target for next season has to be the play-offs.
