My name is Sanele Nxumalo. I was given your email at Sars office in Umhlanga regarding the issue I have. I can't access my efiling account because of an OTP(one time pin). The efiling system is sending the OTP to my email but when I enter my email I can't find it.. I also tried both by forgetting username, Password to try to change how I receive the OTP to my number by Sms but still when I try to login the system still send the OTP to my email. But when I go to my email I still don't get the OTP. Today I was at the SARS Offices to try resolve the issue they couldn't help they said I should email you regarding my case. I need the e-filing system to send the OTP to my number Sms so I can access my account because the system has an issue in sending it by email. Coz I have checked my email is correct the Sars agent even confirmed it
