Great video. We love Wendell Falls my only con is the Farmhouse and the area surrounding it is very dated tons of cobwebs/spiders so it does need a bit of an update considering it's been around for almost 10 years. Hopefully they will make the necessary updates but overall beautiful community.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Youth unemployment has been 35 percent for 5 decades in Turkey because of that Turkish army, navy, air force never can solve terrorism problems since year 1979. Youth unemployment is rampant between ages 18 to 40 years old in Turkish big cities. Normal intercity trains move at 50 km per hour to 70 km per hour towards Ankara İzmir, Ankara Erzurum, Kars Ardahan , Ankara Samsun, Ankara Adana train lines. Turkey has got 91.000 mosques and 225 universities in the country. 35 universities are in operation within Northern Cyprus. Turkey has got 6 million illegal refugees from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Black Africa, Syria, İraq, İran inside Turkey.

It was severely low in 2023! Not nearly as low as 2022 and 2021 but it was historically low. Even with inventory improving now we are still significantly lower than pre-pandemic levels which is why I doubt we'll see downward movement in prices any time soon.

HI! There is a nuclear power plant in the Holly Springs area. We have never had anyone be worried about it looking in Cary because it's out of sight, but it's definitely visible in parts of Holly Springs which can bother some people!

I just got offered a 6 figure salary for an IT position in Durham and that salary won't even qualify on the front end DTI for a mortgage in that range of prices... it'll be fun to tell them no because they pay too little to qualify to buy a house in the area.

Home prices are definitely higher than the pre-pandemic times but compared to surrounding towns like Chapel Hill or Raleigh, Durham is much more affordable so many people decide on it for the reason when they have a job around the greater Raleigh area!

I grew up and lived my entire life in Michigan. Up there and in most of the Midwest Tim Hortons were very common. They are cheaper than places like Starbucks, and it's more of a fast food vibe. To me, it's not that special, but I grew up with them everywhere so it's basically just another McDonalds to me

There are often floorpans but they are downloaded through the MLS portals like Zillow or Redfin don't have access to those details. You can always ask your agent to send you the details! :)

How is the water situation at Pittsboro? Isn't Haw river contaminated by the upstream factories with PFAs and 1,4 -Dioxane , human carcinogens? The water treatment plant only addresses the PFAs I heard. Is this place safe for families?

I understand that they are able to remove the PFAs with the new water filtration system but over the last few months, there have still been instances of 1,4- dioxane making its way to the water from upstream. This is a human carcinogen that regular RO systems can’t eliminate. I see on the town’s website that they are gonna pursue legal action against Apollo chemicals. But given the lack of regulation in NC, I am not sure where we stand on this
