Still gives me goosebumps. Thats the guy who's gonna bring us a cup. In terms of Islander captains, he's gonna be right up there with Potvin

- Leafs fan here, but LOVED that Penguins-Islanders for the simple reason of watching playoff hockey @ Nassau, that building, now matter how old it is, is one of the LOUDEST arenas ever for playoff hockey! :-) Islanders played a tough series, they deserved a pat on the back for that series! Wished they could've upset the Pens too....they're moving to Barclays Center in a couple years but it won't be the same I don't know without Nassau......
@susiespinato259511 жыл бұрын
rather just got permission to renovate the coliseum, they will be back
@gojifanpat7 жыл бұрын
susie spinato they ain't coming back, they removed the 3000 seats from the Collie, and an NHL arena needs to have at least 16,000 seats.
@sheastadium20087 жыл бұрын
WolfPackZGaming Barclay's has 14000 though and Winnipeg 15k
@TylerFeygin2211 жыл бұрын
Actually don't be so down on the move. Brooklyn is still technically part of the Island, the LIRR goes to Barclays by the Atlantic Terminal, and the move might make more NHL players want to join the team. Plus you should feel relieved, the Islanders almost moved to Kansas City...

Just found this video. Awesome stuff! Always a big fan of blogger roundtables. This should be a weekly or bi-weekly thing during the season!

Thanks! We're hoping to do more of this and maybe some audio-only stuff ... even though we're awfully pretty.

Chicago averaged over 21,000+ during the regular season and 22,000+ during the playoffs..

Mr. Wang. Don't need a new building or a move to Brooklyn to fill the place. Playoff hockey teams do that!
@MrStevesparkz11 жыл бұрын
montreal has 20 plus thousand chicago 18..islanders have 16,500 and is easily the loudest arena in the nhl by design...

Looking forward to it haha. Again, hope to see the Isles in the finals when we're done rebuilding. Get a RW and we're golden.

Nassau and MTS Centre are the loudest buildings in the NHL. Agree with you that the Isles should have made it past the Pens, but they put up a great fight. The Jets are gonna be a good team in a few years.
@NessMencesal11 жыл бұрын
I have to complement you guys. That place was ROCKING. Pittsburgh meanwhile continues to mostly be silent. Wish you had gotten through! Good luck next year...hope to see you in the Finals after our rebuild!
