When you put the marker in, does it click into place? I'm trying this out today and the marker clicks into the clamp, but doesn't go down far enough to draw on the paper when I tell it to make it. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here! SO glad I found your video, though, it's been tough to find any tutorials on using these markers with a Maker 3.

At 11:40 you check to make sure the bookmark has cut thru. Had it not, what can we do as there doesn't appear to be a way to recut w/out unloading the mat? I've been chasing this answer forever...ty

I do still use this printer and I've had it for over 7 years. I homeschool and it is used ALL the time. It was built to last. It's an HP Envy 5660. It is an inkjet printer and it does print,scan,copy, and photos. Thank you for watching.

For anyone that has a cinch the 2:1 pitch square holes can use this to punch paper too as it has the slits so you can add paper to ua owires as well. I just found this out and now I'm not stressing buying the big cinch.

I was about to ask how to print stickers with a normal printer if i don't have a silhouette/cricut machine, but if i read and understood correctly, i can simply print a pdf sticker file onto shipping label paper and just use scissors/other type knife to cut it out???? 😮🙈

The Cricut joy does not work with Print then cut. It does cut from Android devices. However The Cricut Joy xtra does support print then cut. And you can use android devices with that. I am starting a Master your Cricut Joy and Joy xtra beginning April 1st free on this channel.

Ive been trying to use offset on a draw image, and cut yhe offset to make my own draw and cut toppers. Does anyone know if this is actually possible or not?

I tried this on my mobile device, and this is what I had to do to get it to work. I first picked a cut image and then did an offset. Then I clicked on the image again ,went to edit, and changed the cut into a draw. Then, highlight both images and selected attach. Try that and see if it works. Thank you so much for this question.

So, this comes with a carry sheet on the back or label side, just like other HTV? So you do not cut it all the way through? I have the word ‘HOME’ with photos in the letter shapes. How do I space them when putting on a t-shirt? Thank you!

Yes, it comes on a sheet to print on. You do not cut it all the way through. Your design needs to be sealed off the carrier sheet and placed print side up on your fabric. I suggest a t-ruler to help with placement. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

@1craftaholic I would not suggest using the tape. It may peel off some of the design. This printable vinyl is extremely thin. There is a heart transfer sheet you could try. (If you have some left over from regular htv) or you can buy some from Amazon. I found it worked fine to just lay my designs out where I want each letter. Once its all lined up keep the center letter in place remove the others and press that one first. Then go to the right and left with the rest of the letters. Being sure not to get your iron on any of the exposed letters. Cover everything with parchment paper.
