If they said this beautiful man will read to me I will take my death bed immediately. What a way to go listening to that chocolate voice. But he would have to read Dover Beach......ah love let us be true to one another...❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂

How this man can be so perfect in such therapeutically soothing way, is beyond me.

You lay down too heavily on each line, they're supposed to run smoothly, they run like water. Pausing a beat or even two after each comma? Who told you to read it this way?

A paradox of a poem if there ever was one. (Who has not wanted to foretell the ultimate consequences of two distinct choices, compare both results, and then choose the "better" one?!)

My all-time favorite, made all the better by Tom's reading, is the Lovesong of J. Alfred Prufrock, but I also love Invictus and the Road Not Taken.

How oft when thou, my music, music play'st, Upon that blessed wood whose motion sounds With thy sweet fingers when thou gently sway'st The wiry concord that mine ear confounds, Do I envy those jacks that nimble leap, To kiss the tender inward of thy hand, Whilst my poor lips which should that harvest reap, At the wood's boldness by thee blushing stand! To be so tickled, they would change their state And situation with those dancing chips, O'er whom thy fingers walk with gentle gait, Making dead wood more bless'd than living lips. Since saucy jacks so happy are in this, Give them thy fingers, me thy lips to kiss.

I love the highs and lows of this poem. A mouse’s nest turned out ushers in disgust that turns to understanding and sympathy, even admiration or jealousy for a creature with such a simple life. Burns was fucking master. Billy’s reading is great!

I would be honord if you would read my poem. Venus & Adoni From Shakespeare came no buggery no self abusive bile no narcissistic self invent at the pool of wicked guile Mind you, fiends were not his muse like cupids sent from hell No fowling lust from Hesperus in the poets words would dwell Shakespeare went without that vice but to Sodom angels came with God's volcanic magma vents burning hot with Hell's own flame To that dark sulfuric effluence that the prophets once did see archeologists go to excavate on the planes of a long Dead Sea Adonis Kissed a goddesses lips by this he became divine She swept him up as Venus would by her ardent love sublime All this seems too fanciful for our frigid frames of thought Our lusts seem much more natural for those hunters that are caught You see I was Adonis once and Venus was my catch She showered me with kisses Of her love there was no match But I was such a truant then unused to love's sweet fire If I could serve her half so well now with Venus I'd conspire As absence made my heart grow fond in Shakespeare then I'd read the words again to spark my love for the ravishing Marie I think l'll seek no other bride this side the frozen ground and if I get to heaven hence in her arms I'd like to drown by Patrick Fealy 2024

I love this guy. Not only is he the best actor alive in my opinion, but he's also the wisest and most humble. Inspirational and a pleasure to listen to and watch on the big and the small screen. Check out the movie 'Magic' from 1978 - that's what acting is all about. Amazing man.
