using non-moded V2 mag in V3 system will damage the v3 mechanical parts , if u want to use V2 mag in V3 system without changing new part , u need to cut off the back part where the V3 bolt lock lever need to put in on the V2 mag both shell and mag itself.

@@JeffNowitski yes basicly u just make it into a V3mag but without the bolt lock function , and if u manage to get some V3 mag bolt lock parts , the bolt lock function will be fine to use:)
