There is no mid bar. If its not explicitly resting on the top of your traps, its low bar.

"Fronk" here! Thanks for the tips on the deadlift. Tried doing the same thing, but pivoting back a little further before starting the lift, and it looks a lot better on the points you mentioned, being to far forward etc. Definetly need a bit more patience out the bottom though with this change, so will be working on that aswell. Thanks a bunch Bryce, love FCF!

Hi! Could you help me with sizing? I wear Vans size EU 40.5 which are true to size just like Avancus. Do you think I should order Avancus 2.0. low top number 40 or 41? Thanks in advance 🙏

What size were your Sabos? They're a European size too. I found I was the same in Sabo vs Avancus bust vastly prefer the Avancus for the reasons in your video.

What you said about having the foot in the front portion of the shoe and therefore raising the heel makes sense. The sole is not stiff enough to stay straight

Hey, great explanation! I've always believed, that overextending spine during deadlit makes it inefficient and just doesn't make sense from the anatomy perspection. And you perfectly demonstrated it. Thanks! I also have a question about a belt. I am the person, who just can't setup properly if I have a belt on. It comes off my back at the bottom position if I have it looser but if I tighten it more then I can't get to the right position. I don't know how to move from there. It would be perfect to have some video about how to setup a belt for deadlift. I don't know if it's just too individual cause there are no videos that would explaing this topic very well.
