It can be an alert for the US officers if you're trying to get your visa while all your family lives there, and you can't really proof you have a property in your home country/studying long-term/are married or have your own family, have a long term employer contract/enough financial funds, or all of them.

Hi there! Unfortunately, no. The ESTA program is available only to citizens of countries that are part of the Visa Waiver Program. Since you are in the UK on a student visa, your nationality is what determines your eligibility for the ESTA, not your residency status in the UK. To visit the United States, you would need to apply for a tourist visa (typically a B-2 visa) unless you are a citizen of a VWP country. In that case, you could apply for an ESTA through your own country of citizenship. If your country of citizenship is not part of the VWP, the B-2 visa is your best option for visiting the U.S. for holidays!
