Metal on metal will wear down the bowl.......we used 6-8mm rubber to prevent this. You only have to replace the rubber from time to time and not the bowl.....or weld new parts in.....rubber will make it less noisy as well and you can slow down the vibromags ;-)

What I don't understand is why you want to orient a piece if it will be end in a box (deoriented)

Hello, thank you for your question. Essentially all of the vibratory feeder bowls we produce are integrated into an assembly line. So, for example, the end user of the cap feeder shown about halfway through the video might integrate it with a machine that screws the cap on to a bottle.

You are losing so many parts the return pan is backing up set up something so half the bad parts get dumped b ack in the bowl

We sell Afag equipment. It would never attempt to put that into Afag drum feeder blower. It would have been a rats nest. Let alone two line output, size of spring, bulk loading of parts.

The vibrator system is really interesting, since it make all the cups assume the same position. I make cofee pods for nespresso machines and need a solution like this for positioning in order to feed my equipment. But I can not understand why this is better than a simple automated conveyor belt and a cheap counter scale to count parts with well defined weights.
