Hi, in the INT-TSI keypad, it is impossible to execute the arming macro command without entering the code on the screen without authorization; the keypad always requires entering the password to execute this macro. The functionality of arming without entering a password will be added in a future version of the software.

Hi, the keypad language is governed by the connected control panel. If you wish to change the display language, you need to flash the panel first, installing an English version of the firmware. By default, the language of your control panel should be set to the language of the country the panel was sold in. However, please bear in mind that some of our products might be region-locked. You can always inquire more with your local distributor.

Hi, Tomasz. Did you mean to ask whether it is possible to remotely flash other series of control panels and ACU controllers with DLOADX? You can remotely flash the VERSA, PERFECTA and MICRA motherboards if equipped with a communnication module. However, you cannot upddate ACU controllers this way.

Hi, Hadi. You can browse all events logged in the system, including whenever one of the system users arms or disarms it, and check the exact time it happened. However, INTEGRA CONTROL does not support user management. If you need to modify the user list, you need to use DLOADX.
