Just did this! Managed the 10 minutes, sweating like mad! I switched some of the steps up for a gentle jog. I've been wfh all day and this helped with getting a few extra steps in!

Started yesterday with your beginner body combat. I've put on over 30kg since lock down and got lazy. I'm now around 150kg and found out I'm type 2. So need to do something. I'm off for next 8 weeks due to working in education so want to use that time to get a bit fitter and work on a podcast.

If anyone out there is feeling a bit down, just do one of these workouts. Just 10 or 15 minutes and you’ll feel better. Was the anniversary of my brother’s death yesterday and felt really low. I could sit and feel sad or I could do something to help myself. Was something positive in a bad day. For anyone struggling, I’m sending good vibes, just get up and do a few steps. It really helps x
