It can be oily for oily skin but you can set it with compact top make it work

Shade 21 is a good node for medium skin tone. There are so many nudes like pink ones as well.

Hi 😍 bloom has coral warm undertone while majestic has some hints of pink but looks more neutral toned than bloom. If ur medium skintones go for majestic if fair go for bloom
