Adding to the thing about quality control at the beginning of the video, my Nerf Pro Gelfire Mythic and Raid have started malfunctioning or flat-out broken. If you ask me, having a blaster break when you've had it for 2 years or less doesn't exactly prove the blaster's longevity of use.

With sales on DZ MK3, Omnia, DZ Thunderbolt and announcements of a new DZ Maxim flywheeler, X Shot Clip Mania and DZ Venom Max I just can’t see much reason to track down a Stryfe X. Is it even available on Amazon anymore? This doesn’t even count the $50 Nerf Sender hitting 130-150 on 8 AA.

@@kingdomkorn Assuming the rev trigger on the Maxim Pro is accepted, at $40 the Maxim Pro could make the Stryfe X obsolete. 150 FPS on AAs in a great looking package.

N1 is great for kids. My 8 yo has trouble priming alot of 70fps nerf blasters, but an easy prime 90fps blaster is amazing. There are a lot of afforable pro level blasters hitting the market very soon. I think its great for the hobby moving forward.

Brother, let me help you out a little bit here. You gotta have your information right when you’re doing these reviews.. The blaster does have compatibility with Talon magazines. also they do sell two packs of the Nerf branded shorts for extra magazines. So no, you do not have to spend on another blaster just to get another magazine.. not at all whatsoever. I do agree with some of the other points you’re making about not having double side paint. The price, and also not including a stock. But the magazines are available to buy separately. Amazon right now has 2 packs for 9.99. Hopefully this helps you out.. and a small suggestion for the future I know you’re trying to come into it with a fresh look. do some research first either watching other reviews or read up on the availability of what these blasters have outside of what they come with. Love your channel again you always help me so I appreciate you. Hopefully this helps you.

I agree he missed on some items. It should be pointed out with regard to compatibility that the Stryfe X works with Talon mags it won’t gravity drop them. I don’t know its compatibility with Tachi or Katana or DZ mags. Also the large head on the short darts makes them worthless in most springers. Strange rail dimensions, removing the N Strike barrel lug, LiPO that won’t be used on any other blaster add to the lack of compatibility. Hasbro missed on a lot with this release.

I got 3 today. 2 of lasted about an hour till the trigger wouldnt work. And 1 made it about 20mins till it did the opposite and wouldnt stop shooting.

@mpix00 I still use it almost everyday, the more you get used to the board, the more you get used to the flexiness and when you're walking on it, it becomes part of the experience to use the flex to your advantage at first it was kinda weird lol... but you notice it's not gonna break or touch the ground so you just accept it instead of thinking it's a problem lol. I'm over 200 lbs but I think any heavier than that you might go for a little stiffer..
