Looks delicious tried it but gave it a twist I braised da mushrooms didn't add water added milk wen it softened I liquidized it for a smooth sauce den returned to da pan added cream no need for corn flour

I think you should sauté the mushrooms then add the garlic to avoid the bitter taste of garlic if overcooked first
