absolute truth hold the faith in your convictions. My wife wanted to lose weight so I imagine her texting me all the time that she has lost weight. So far she lost 35 pounds and mentions it out loud and through text all the time. I don't tell he what i'm doing i just smile and say thats awesome hun!
