We have Rune inscriptions around the Great Lakes...I learned to read write and speak Runes when I was a young girl. In 2016 i was going to commit suicide. But while walking my dog for what i believed was the last time I came upon a man trespassing on my property. I informed him he was trespassing, he took my hand and told me he was watching me and will always watch over me. When I looked at his hand I saw my father's. When I looked at him I saw my father who was killed in a car accident in 1989. He smiled and told me he loved me. His face changed, It was an old man I did not know. I then got dizzy and found myself over one hundred yards away and the man was gone. My dog was lying at me feet, just looking off in the distance. I went back to my house and believed Ibwas in the presence of Jesus. I bought a bible and read it. Six monther latter, I realized I was not in the presence of Jesus, but who was that man. Was it my father? I took my tarot card and look for answers. None came, then i found my viking runes in my drawer where I kept my fortune telling card and other tools of knowledge. I drew a rune. It was the blank rune, the Rune of Wotan. For the next three days I drew a rune and every day it was the blank rune! That was the day I accepted the Gods and Goddesses of Asgard. I am Asatru now. I was 57 that day I took the hand of the Al-Father ! I truly believe that I took the hand of God. Praise be to the Gods and Goddesses of my Ancestors and Asgard.
