I stopped taking lexapro like…weeks ago and for the past 4 days I have not been getting sleep pretty much at all..if I do it’s micro sleep..or 1 hour at a time. I’m also have hot sweats and had heart palpitations yesterday. I stopped because I hated my psycharist and he treats me like child… I also thought I didn’t need it anymore..it was stupid of me. Should I go back on it even though it’s been weeks?? Like almost a month of being off of it? Please help

Hi Lauren, I had a good life . Then, i started loosing everything, and making wrongful decisions and foolish mistakes.... My life was destroyed. It was a multitude of unbearable trauma's. I lost it. Horrible stress, anxiety, insomnia and severe depression. Anhidonia. ... i don't like existing anymore. Thanks for sharing your experience. I can't do all them things you do... and suggestions. Im unable to be happy ever again. Depression is very inhumane.

Anyone else feel hand grip weakness after starting Prozac? I am on day 3 of Prozac and randomly throughout the day I’ll have hand grip weakness

I feel like going cold turkey. I'm already tapering but I'm feeling horrible my antidepressants never helped and made me worse. I feel like going cold turkey. Is it a good idea? When I went to Indian psychiatrists they're so crap they brainwashed me to believe I was okay. I was not. I felt so sick. Now..I'm on my own and idk we what to do.

It's great to hear what you've been up to. I've been busy as well, thankfully where I work the covid testing coming in kept me busy. Still have not had covid myself. It's been a crazy last few years. hardly watch twitch anymore. Mostly watch youtube clips, yay my ADHD... >.> . As for channel suggestions, I dunno. @@justlaurenclare thanks for replying!! Most people I’ve found so far never made it through and went back on meds. I’m determined to get through this. I’ve had a rough 7 days. Today has been the first day I didn’t have a horrible panic attack at all. Had multiple each day over the past week. Constant state of panic and had the body tremors and twitches. Hopefully I’m almost through it!
