If you want to hit in volleyball : hit in front of a Tennis net... you will see all opportunities available... Everything is easier, much more powerful when hitting in front of a Tennis net and for all of us playing volleyball (if you understand the 2nd degree of my comment). The day they will put the volleyball net at 4m high... They will understand the difficulties for shot people (who has never reached the 2m43 of the net) playing such great/lovely sports and how short people play against tall players (with their brain and technics more than the power shown in this video). The volleyball NET is so law for such tall players... it's like for normal people in front of a TENNIS NET. New rules might be created for the NET by the FIVB organisation, ex : the 3 shortest players of the 12 players get 5 points each on each SET and the 3 players must stay til the end of the match (if they don't want to change the net). :)

There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God. As a result we are seperated from God but God didn’t leave us. Instead God sent His one and only Son, His Son is Jesus. He was born of a virgin and lived a life without sin, though He was tempted in every way as we are. He went on the cross and He willingly took our sins past, present and future. Jesus died in my place for my sins, paying my debt to God and purchasing my salvation. Jesus died but He rose on the third day victory over satan, sin, demons and hell. Jesus tells us to share this story of the Good News and there’s a God that lovingly pursues us. Jesus is coming to judge the living and the dead and those who trust in God will forever be with Him in His Kingdom and those who do not will suffer forever in hell.

Flavio is not very tall, but he is so explosive and jumps so high it makes him one of the best middle blockers in the world. Like, he once reached up a 356cm spike, which meant a 113cm (44.5") estimated vertical jump with little to no momentum. He is probably one of the best vertical jumpers in the world out of all sports (except athletics' Vertical Jumping).

The Karosuno vs. Inarizaki match with the 3rd year captain who rarely got playing time. He accepted his role as a selective defensive specialist and knew he could never compete within the same range as other genius or monsters. However, his point about deferring to a genius/monster before even trying still resonates with me more than anything else today. I remember having a high school state finals tennis match when I was told to 'pick my poison' when determining our ladder setup. We were playing the top ranked team, which had players who played in the U17 Majors and Slams. I got bumped up from my normal slot due to injuries and most of the team and ppl. cheering never checked on my match, except for one person. He gave me a look of encouragement and fist pump. It was all the support I needed. I was winning because I took the mindset of living in the present and only focusing on what is in front of me, not stats, ranking, conveyed expectations etc... Pure focus. I was winning but ended up the hospital as it was my fourth match of the day in 100+ F degree humid weather. I was so focused on each point, I didn't realize my body was giving out. I had full body cramps, severe dehydration, and made a huge mistake of drinking Gatorade, with a high fructose corn syrup base, as my main source of electrolyte's. I also was recovering from an illness that only stopped four days before the match. I stopped drinking Gatorade (ran out) and only had water to consume during my breaks. I learned the hard way that when relying on sports electrolyte drinks, your body focuses less on processing a proper balance. One of the worst things you can do is this and stop, especially in humid weather. I'll never forget that drive to the hospital with full body cramps, my kidneys giving out, and passing in and out due to pain. Still, even though I lost because I collapsed in the final set, I was at-least happy knowing I went in not losing because I was playing against a genius/monster. However, I made the same mistake a certain Haikyu character did in the manga (not animated yet). I didn't take care of myself enough. Do the simple things, do them right, and be proud of it. Live in the present. Most people probably won't remember this player and his speeches he shared with teammates. It is some of the best life advice out there. Next time you decide to watch Haikyu, don't lose focus on the super important points about mental stability and toughness that Inarizaki's volleyball 3rd year captain offers. The moment he shows how much he understands his teammates and the twin's risky play tendencies, especially with the recovery bump after the missed set, was so beautifully done. It fit with all his speeches and monologues. One of the best Characters and he only played ~3-4 points the entire match as the team captain. People should listen to his talks, especially when others hone in on the fact he is a 3rd year captain that rarely plays because of his super talented junior players. He never once waivered doing what was best for the team. When he realized those same qualities in Karusino's 3rd year captain, it gave me the same chills as when Hinata and Kenma smiled at each other during the battle of the garbage dump
