Thank goodness some of these routines live on KZfaq. I got Certified to teach, but can only get the updates if I am working at a Licensed pool. and there isn't a licensed WIM pool anywhere near me... I'd love to purchase the teacher trainings!

I am Certified, but sadly cannot get on WAUTOSHIP unless I teach at a WIM licensed facility... and there isn't one anywhere in my entire state of Georgia or South Carolina!

I've got to admit, with some of the movements they're showing in this video, it's really not too hard to understand why more men don't get into water aerobics. I did a group a few years back, and it was somewhat embarrassing to have a bunch of older ladies in bouffant swim caps kicking my butt. That's why I like to do water aerobics on my own and at my own pace.
