I think some people in this comments section still don't see that she is not apologizing for what she said but for how she said it & how it was received. If you replay it and listen closely to the words she said she still stands on what she believed and preached regarding the LGBTQIA+ community so she isn't back tracking. She already gave this apology a couple times now so people will receive however they choose to. The comments that say she's doing this for an award. She already has a stellar award so that's not the reason. She has said on multiple occasion that he goal was not to be harmful but people have to realize that she comes from a traditional way of teaching the word of God. Very much so hell fire and brimstone type of teaching which many people receive that style of peaching as hateful which is understandable. At the end of the day, those who like her will continue to like her and those who don't won't. Regardless, let us all be mindful of our own walks with Christ because it would be sad for us to miss the mark worrying about what another person who is trying to preach God's word is doing. I will never argue that years ago her messaging was very pointed and harsh but again if you google old school sermons, that's really how it used to be preached. I am not saying it's good or bad but I do believe that every person in the church with a title and every person who preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ needs to make sure they are being led by the Holy Spirit and not by the flesh so that the message of the Gospel is not interrupted by personal biases or opinion. God's Children are called to do His work not the work of our own agendas at the end of the day.

That was scripted because the gospel community is full of LGBTQ+++++ individuals so therefore that must've been the terms of her getting that award..SHE HAD TO APOLOGIZE. Weak Christians = Carnal Christians. Kim is a mean girl with a spirit of elitism and has, on several occasions, been very rude to folks and then tried to justify it. My vote is, if you want to be loved by the world, deny Christ all the way and fully return to your own where they will love and embrace you. Christians always trying to create a "gospel" version of something the world created anyway. Why even have the Stellars or the Dove Awards, why is the body of Christ competing for best album, best artist, best song etc.? Isn't it all supposed to be the work of the Holy Spirit and not our own? However, we will march our worldly selves right up on that stage with our tight body dresses on showing all the curves, dips and bumps or the fellas with their whole chest out and tight slacks where we can see what they have in all their pockets and "give all honor and glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" knowing you are taking the glory for what YOU WON.
