Processed grains , they say avoid & I agree - especially the carbs used with burgers . Fruit juice , with fiber , used to be around once , not seen for over 5 years . Sugar - "Dark Muscavado" is the most wholesome sugar available . Other-wise "Stevia " a natural plant sweetener ; Bay Laurel leaves ground into a meal , helps to regulate blood sugar levels .

Honestly. I live in a "high end" fifth wheel home. I put some granulated Borax in A BLENDER. It didnt liquify and eventualy turned into a costly gate valve, actuation cable (excessive force needed) and pipe cleaning repair. 4 hours and $550. Thanks for the solids in my kitchen Grey Water Tank.

Had them for as long as i can remember - they can be seen or felt , anfd arent deep . All vitamin's and mineras you mentioned are in my consumeables . My nails , are still growing well and not splitting , due to an adequate intake of silica rich foods - it also helps stop split ends in hair , and helps skin to heal better with less scaring .
