Wow, really great job on this. I can't pass through Ferris wheel at 01:00:18. I watched your and other speedrun and now I just can't pass from the place they're spawning. I decided to hide there and shoot them all leaning out while they were going to me from the point you are shooting them behind 2 boards. Hope someday I'll finish this mission. UPD: Just passed this mission after ~50 attempts!

For some reason there is a "safe zone" near the bush at 1:05:14 (it extends across the area but the bush is an easy spot to remember). If you stand and wait there for a bit when the helicopter starts flying to you, you block both the left and the right enemy spawns which bugs the defense section so no enemies can spawn at all. This seems to only work in the remastered version, I haven't found a way to do it in CoD4 yet.

Well the run had 13 deaths and some other timelosses so a cleaner run would save a lot of time. Sub 1:50 is probably possible if someone wants to grind for it.
