Just some advice. Video could have been half the length if you spoke at a normal rate. Also you fix on some boring shots for too long, like this (3:47)... it's not interesting gameplay, just a static shot. Also the footage at the beginning, with the ads, was unspeakable blurry.

Warlock is interessing because it's not based on the first movie but on the second movie which is WAY better than the first one (personal opinion haha). Not easy but great game.

If you enjoy action platformers you should definitely try Ghost sweeper Mikami! The art style is great, the music is great, the controls are great, the only criticism I've heard is that it's a bit too easy but I found it to be a good challenge, not frustrating, it took about 2-3 hours of overall gameplay, with the side scrolling shooter level being the hardest for me as well as the last boss.

These are awesome to re-watch when autumn comes around and all through October, just feels right having them on in the background.

Clock Tower is a masterpiece on the SNES, so much atmosphere for a 16bit game, its so sad we did not get to play it back in the day(Japan only 😭). i think it wound have been a massive hit, like Resident Evil, a massive mistake by Nintendo, the best horror game of the 16bit days by far. Wow! Shinobi is the only Tengen game I have and it is much better than the arcade version.

For it to be considered horror, it has to have a good portion of it with scary scenarios. Most of it is just rainbows and glitter, not so much monsters and scares.

Interesting point about Altered Beast, and yeah you're right, it's a horror game. I'm guessing we never thought of it that way because the color palette is bright, pastel in parts, so it looks more like a Kirby game than Splatterhouse. Also the player is powerful.

The sound quality jumps makes this a very hard watch. The visuals are top notch and great job on talking about games I had not heard of previously, but that sound... please have that in mind.

Fallen Crown is definitely one I'll be looking into. Looks kind of similar in concept to NeverDead. Hopefully the final product will be a lot more polished and entertaining than that one turned out. Nice overview. Put me on to some stuff.
