Yes it takes time but that's what the experience is all about. It's unique. I think people go in with the impression of it being like a restaurant. I like how they explain how things are made.

Hey guys. I’m late but here. Have never done chefs table. 🥂Duck cigar. Tuna is raw? You just answered. Avocado 🥑 popper 😋. Lamb & scallops. Oh yes. Carnivals lava cake. 🍷. Lobster jelly and lobster ravioli. Chefs sampler. That’s right. Put the entire sampler in your mouth 😂. Cod. Oh that’s a green sauce. Venison. The crickets when asked Rai if he’s fancy 😂. Sorbet palate cleanser. Wagyu. Chocolate Forrest. Cheesecake. Small portions but many of them. How was your tummies later? Any 💩? Idk if this is for me. My beef stops at burgers and meatballs. Have never eaten steak lamb, venison or raw sushi. Only like the basic cooked ones. Looks interesting though. Thanks for sharing 🤗
