Sharpness is your weapon damage basically and Mob Bane is how much more dmg you do to Npcs specifically while Player Bane is how much more dmg you do to players specifically.

i got poisoned reaper with poison trait and full set of fangs.(i dont remember their name but they buffs poison too) im only like level 230 but poison does like 7-8k dmg to one npc,ONLY POISON NOT EVEN MAIN DMG.

For phys low tier, volfen blade is viable, but if u want an even lower tier, the electro spear is good.
