Where's the master plan for Naylor Road Station area? That area is a wasteland and still unsafe for pedestrians. It is a shame you keep focusing on the wealthy areas and ignoring the places that need investment most.

This video is nonsense. Effected residents and businesses in PGC need a video narrator who explains what is proposed. We don't need music because we are not here to be entertained; we are here to be informed. Plus, we need more time than a deadline of February 21, 2020 to file an affidavit to comment on a proposal that I did not even learn about until a notice was delivered to me by postal mail, today. Plus, the PGC website that my notice directs me to, for details, contains webpages that malfunction. That means the website does not serve its intended purpose. A ridiculously short deadline exists for my affidavit, nonetheless. My first impression, therefore, is that PGC legislators hope to shove this proposed rezoning down our throats as quickly as possible, so that there is as little opportunity for resistance as possible. If my suspicion is correct, then it won't be the first time because too many other unannounced zoning and development changes in proximity to my home in PGC have already sabotaged our quality of life; and residents effected by the harm rezoning had no say in the matter because we were never told. My concern is that this proposal is more of the same.

It's telling that in the entire video of Central Ave there is not a single bike in sight and all cars. I would not bike on Central joistling for my right of way and my life with cars going +20Mph over speed limits. PGPD should be also involved in keeping the road safe of dangerous drivers and potential crime.
