Hey mate how do turn transbrake off after launch , so I don't bump it ?

A few years ago Haltech Heroes showed a boost control like this on a 3000hp 2JZ Pro Mod car. The car had a BMW Electric Throttle Body that costsd like 200 bucks. Same exact configuration. There was no wastegate, the turbo was a gigantic Pro Mod 88 I think, so back pressure was not really an issue. They were having boost consistency issues on the launch with a conventional setup, so they jusy thought "well just have the turbo at 100% boost and bleed off what we don't use". Worked perfectly, and they close the controlled boost leak gradually by a distance input. Very successful system

Any options for dual wideband O2's? What about a sub-harness for a dual sync distributor with one coil? Any plans for transmission harnesses in the future?

Hat shroud is sick. I wouldn’t build one like that for under a grand. That’s a lot of work. I’d never build one for myself either, just too much time involved in that. The shroud I made is much simpler.

Devin - thanks for explaining this still undocumented feature. When pulsing coils, what should one expect to see or hear? I don’t get a spark on a grounded plug or hear anything clicking.
@ws6racing373
@ws6racing373 7 күн бұрын
I found on a Holley forum that a grounded plug should spark when pulsing a coil. The fuel pump relay needs to be on. Has not worked for me, but I believe that is how this output test is supposed to work. Update: By trial and error, I discovered that a coil had to be pulsed a minimum of 10 ms. Worked great after figuring that out.

IWISS crimpers work OK on Deutch pins.

Well, Packard/Delphi 150.2 pull to lock also uses three different female cavities, depending on the wire size, same goes for the pins. Not only Deutch. And Casper actually makes male cavities ( aftermarket), if you need to make extensions or short swappable harness ( I had to, for stupid Williams Controls pedal that keep breaking wires right at the connector).

Being able to run a dry kit with the Holley and having a progressive controller built in with a window switch and everything is crazy…I’ve been trying to decide on doing a turbo or nitrous build for my f body and I’m really leaning towards nitrous after seeing what Holley can do with nitrous.

The new Evolution brakes are similar to TBM, they cost the same as TBM. I know you have to stick with the current trends and KZfaq bro’s but maybe there’s a better product out there. Not saying Strange is better or worse but what brakes did you use before TBM became the must have, had to take a chance with TBM didn’t you.

They’re trying to incentivize people to run their brakes by not discounting it. And if someone doesn’t wanna use them they know they’ll get sold to someone real cheap and there’s gonna be more cars with strange brakes running around that are basically marketing for them
