@@Roverjoe I have the base model in Ireland, used cheap grease (a splidge every year) to prevent all this but then we rarely salt the roads here, if we do I leave the car at home.

@@VictorMaxol in some ways with the car being off the road for 14 years its kind of saved it somewhat. I think if it was driven it would have rusted much quicker. especially around the rear. when i get the underside all done im gonna cover it with a good layer of wax.

@@Roverjoe The 1.4 hasn't any real issue other than rust. Did the head gasket (tiny leak), the ignition switch, two power door locks, the blower resistor and a new power steering rack (NOS Honda off eBay). That's all really, car is 29 years old, original everything else, starter, clutch, fuel pump etc. 200,000 miles. Everyone needs a hobby.😁

I hope you got a chance to photograph your 25 with the gold 45 Joe. That would make for a great shot and i can image that have being done fjr marketing purposes back in the day.
